I believe this article could have been further improved by using the open-ended question, and close-ended questions that are provided on PSA (Pharmaceutical Society of Australia), and NPS medicinewise. The reason is those examples provides on PSA and NPS are a lot more clinical, and practical for users to achieve an in-depth understanding of the type of questions being asked.
