Admins - If I have carried out an admin action that you disagree with (unless its the result of community consensus or Arbcom action), feel free to revert amend or do whatever you feel is required at the time. Just please leave me a note (preferably here) explaining how you came to a different conclusion. Community consensus should go to AN(I) Arbcom should go to the talk page there.

Please provide appropriate links if you're here about a specific page or editor, preferably in the header it makes all of our lives so much easier if I(we) know what we're discussing.
If you're here reverting vandalism or deleting comments that appear to be personal attacks/inappropriate and I have already responded to the comment made and haven't {{redacted}} it then its safe to assume its ok to leave. If I haven't replied then its fair game.
If you disagree with an action relating to a clerk action this is best discussed at the Clerks noticeboard as I'm not online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
