Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, HallCountySchools. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Chestatee High School, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Andrew Here (with HallCountySchools) I submitted a change of name request to comply with Wikipedia guidelines. I need to declare this account as a COI (paid) with both employer and client as "Hall County Schools District" and was having trouble finding easy-to-follow documentations on how to do so on my account's user talk page.
