Hi Andy,

Apart from the request for donations (which was the entire second half of the article), there was nothing in the article to indicate the notability of this centre. There are local charities all over the world. Wikipedia only has articles on people, places, and things that are notable -- i.e., already the subject of recognition by reliable sources such as mainstream news coverage.
