User talk:AntFisch
If you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page, replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason for thinking that the block was an error, and publish the page. Alexf(talk) 00:48, 12 February 2020 (UTC)

- So your new name is fine. And I don't believe you're in violation of our paid editing rules. However, even if the company/organisation couldn't benefit from being promotional, that doesn't remove all the motives people might have (e.g. it could be good for people with ties to it, or for sucessor organisations etc etc). Potential Unblock Criteria
[edit]Hi @AntFisch:,
I've reviewed your unblock request in a bit more detail and talked to your original blocking admin. I think you can be unblocked if you do and agree to a couple of things, which primarily focus on conflicts of interest, as your edit was particularly problematic on those grounds. Please do the following:
- Read Plain and simple conflict of interest guide - please read the intro and sections 1-9 (the formatting bit is helpful to do before you restart editing, but isn't needed for your unblock request). I know it's a reasonable length, but it's a serious case of 10 minutes now to save hours later. For clarity, you aren't a paid editor/PAIDCOI.
- Agree to disclose on your user page that you have a conflict of interest towards OSEHRA, and if there's anything else that might fall under a broad umbrella of COI, please add that as well.
- Recognise that if you want to add information relating to a COI topic to an already existing article, you can't edit it in directly, but should suggest them on the Talk Page and tag it for review. The guide somewhat covers that, but II'll go over how to make it as easy as possible once you're unblocked
- Recognise that if you want to write an article on it, you would need to write a draft and submit it through our Articles for Creation review process, and that it would need to meet our organisational notability rules.
If you could confirm the first once done and spell out the latter three in your own words so I know you're aware of what you're accepting, I can unblock you. Cheers, Nosebagbear (talk) 19:43, 17 February 2020 (UTC)
