Sam's Subs
[edit]Sam's Subs is a department on Azusa Pacific University's west campus. It is located west of the Felix Event Center. Sam's Subs serves sandwiches of all types to the student body and faculty at APU. It was started in 2010 as a freshman at APU, Sam Vaudrey, advocated for healthier food choices on campus. His devout persistence and support influenced the school board to implement a healthy sandwich food choice on campus named after the mastermind behind it all, Sam Vaudrey.
