Yes, you should. There's also the matter of some images (added second image above) that you have submitted to Commons. You stated that they were your own work, but they have already been published in your copyrighted your application notes. I believe you need to negotiate a release for those images that proves the company is releasing the images (and not just someone who claims to be associated with the company).
