Welcome

[edit]

There will be an offical thing from the welcome team as soon as you make some edits I'm sure, along with links to all the usual help links. It's just fun to drop random messages. Dace59 23:12, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fixing vandalism

[edit]

Regarding Aspartame: actually, every user has the power to fight vandalism, you included. Click on the history tab to see the list of edits. Then click on the timestamp of the last edit before the article was vandalized. This will bring up a non-vandalized version. Then hit the edit tab to edit that known good version of the page, and hit "Save page". You will then revert the vandalism and fix the encyclopedia. --Cyde Weys 01:50, 27 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

North Mountain

[edit]

I take your point and will put in some citations, but I think "weasel words" is a bit too strong for the entire article, short as it is — in my experience it's usually used for articles or sections that are so shot through with them, especially in an apparent effort to mask opinions that would be flagged with NPOV tags otherwise. For those two instances, I would have just used {{weasel-inline}}. Daniel Case 14:40, 7 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
