Hi there, thank you so much for your advice. This is very new to me and Wikipedia is very confusing to set up. Don;t get me wrong but I have never posted on Wikipedia before, so thank you for rescuing my Wikipedia article and placing in a ‘sandbox’ to be edited. I will continue to make financial contributions, which I started doing at the weekend, as I think Wikipedia is a very good thing. Yes I would like my article to be put back onto Wikipedia and, as requested, I’ve tried to change my username to just plain old Tracey Fairclough (if not what you advised might be okay with Tracey Fairclough from Artizian Catering). So, firstly, please can you reinstate my article. I have followed advice so my own name is used to be more credible. Have I not done this correctly. Secondly, when it has been reinstated, I promise to remove all links to what might be deemed the inappropriate website (Artizian Catering). Perhaps I can make these amends offline for you to approve. Thirdly, to add credibility to the term that I am posting, I have published a White Paper which I would like to add to the article. The term Foodology is now, as a result of our experiment, creating a ‘buzz’ in my sector and in the UK world ... so it is important for me to act quickly, as I mean for others to openly contribute which is an important part of what I’m trying to achieve. I am open to your further advice, so look forward to hearing from you but ASAP - I realise the time difference is not facilitating a speedy addressing of the confusing matter of making a Wikipedia post. Hi there PhilKnight, thank you so much for your advice and for editing my posting. I am happy with the revised posting but can you address 2 things: (a) please can you change the phrases ‘food service’ and ‘foodservice’ to the word ‘Foodservice’ and enable a like to that Wikipedia posting and (b) there is a typo of the word ‘presetation’ which should be ‘presentation’ under the ‘Classification’ Section? I now understand what a conflict of interest means and that I did not produce a neutral, reliably sourced encyclopaedia reference. I am open to your further advice and will be attending the seminar in the UK on 8th November and look forward to understanding more. Thank you for helping me to make a valid posting. No problem with you using your real name. But ...

Here are a few key questions:

Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
Do you understand conflict of interest?
Do you understand that to be considered for an encyclopedia article, the subject must be notable?

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a company, group or product that you have been promoting, contrary to the username policy.
