Title at Silsila Azeemiyya[edit]

Just because it appears on the self-published family tree does not mean that those are given names. In this case, the primary also states that: "Hassan Ukhra is the title of His Divine Grace Qalander Baba Auliya that was conferred upon him by Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the Owasian Style." (see [1]). Therefore, it looks like "Hassan Ukhra" is an honorific title and not part of the given, and so should be avoided per MOS:ISLAMHON. -- FyzixFighter (talk) 02:29, 29 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I understand where you are coming from and I appreciate this message. However this is his widely established name and name written in books published by him. He is descended from one of his ancestors names Hassan, and Hassan Ukhra means "Last Hassan", denoting his ancestry. The name Hassan Ukhra does not mean anything that would be a title. Therefore, in an encyclopedia setting, it makes sense to mention his full name while introducing him, as is done when many other Islamic Scholars and Saints that are mentioned on wikipedia. I checked some of their pages, and they are introduced in this style where there full long name by which they are formally known are mentioned. Asafzi (talk) 05:08, 29 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
