Birth Skills Cultivation ? is it possible ? a big question placed in discussion by institute #4D infuser institute a month ago. infact a class of 6 students has already started by the institute. All r finding it interesting.
Statement made is that unless you have something in hand u will not close your hands to form a punch hitter. This is natural phenomena across planet that moment something comes in hand you tend to grab it & hold it with closing hands.
with this analogy we realised that the new born enters into the world with closed hands indicating that something is holded back in hands.
What is it ?

yoga is for self. It begins with the concievement. it is actually set of exercise to keep self fit in health.

we all know that mostly new born has a closed fist. have you ever thought that when fist gets closed. Prof Ashwani Agarwal, a technologist & nishtthayog practioner started working in this direction.
He did a simple test on many people of different age groups & found common response. simple placed a coin in the hands of person under test & result was almost instantly the fist gets closed. & this confirmed an amazing fact that when ever you have something in your fist it just hold it by closing it. what infant carry in self' fist.
