I am a legitimate user who is only able to edit via this method due to firewall restrictions which I cannot control. The IP address I am coming in from is 66.28.139.26. This was originally blocked by User:Essjay. I ask that you remove that block and if you must, block only anon's at that IP. While it's evident that other users have edited from this same IP in the past, I want my edits to stand on their own. I have this account and would like to use it
