Hades and Persephone Hades and Persephone are indeed wedded lovers and their stories are not only a bunch of false accusations but they were real sential beings. To the greeks, they are gods, and to the christians they are angels. But there story was long ago in greece were Hades saw Persephone and instantly fell in love. So he invited her into the underworld and she happily accepted his offer and departed into Hades's relm. On earth Demeter (Persephone's mother)was worried and spoke to Zeus. Zeus understood that she missed persephone because Demeter had caused the first winter ever. So Zeus sent Hermes to return Persephone to her mother. But he was too late Persephone had already eaten the food of the underworld. So once every year she would have to return to the underworld and winter would come. But it didn't end there, after about half a millenium Hades and Persephone got married. then 2500 years later they concieved their first child. These are not myths.
