Request reason:

umm... I'm not a sock... so.... here in Iraq we use USB modems for the internet, so maybe there's technical issue there with IPs or something that has you confused...

Decline reason:

I am declining your request for unblock because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read our guide to appealing blocks for more information. TNXMan 20:30, 28 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • The IP you are using does indeed look like some kind of proxy, but the fact that technical data shows that the two of you edited from the same computer (via your useragent string) I do not buy that you just happened to edit the same topic area, with the same IP address, from the same computer. • You don't buy what exactly? That two people from the same country can edit on "the same topic area"? lol. Fine, i've edited anonymously for years, I'll go back to doing that! AzadZardost (talk) 20:25, 28 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
      • We also don't buy the fact that you made the same edits to the same page as the previously blocked account. So really, you can drop the innocence act. Tarc (talk) 12:34, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
