Proposed deletion of Vuong Xuan Nguyen

The article Vuong Xuan Nguyen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable journalist. The recreation of the deleted page Vương Xuân Nguyên includes new sources, but none of them are independent and have significant coverage.
