[edit]Hi Bates. I wanted to explain why I keep reverting. If you look at our style guidelines for the lead at WP:LEAD "The lead should be able to stand alone as a concise overview. It should ... summarize the most important points—including any prominent controversies."
The lead is suppose to summarize the entire article, so everything in the lead summarizes information also found in the body of the article. The repetition isn't a problem, so long as we're summarizing. Corporate 02:08, 5 November 2012 (UTC)
