I see you noticed someone proposed this article for deletion. Let me help explain why. See, even though Wikipedia can be edited by anybody, it isn't the house of all information. It's an encyclopedia. So how-tos aren't appropriate. Check out WP:NOT. I appreciate that you're trying to improve the article, but since your purpose is to give instructions, I'm doubtful that the article can be salvaged. No offense, of course, it's just not right for Wikipedia.

I'm putting the article on my watchlist, and when you appear to be done with it, I'll check it out. If it is still a how-to, I'll go ahead and nominate it for deletion through a slightly different process which requires debate. But I'll definitely tell you about it if I do.

Also, when you're working on an article, one thing you can do, it the work is extensive and other people editing before you're might mix everything up, you can still a template at the top to let people know. It's this: {{inuse}}. When you save the page, it'll expand into a green banner with a clock on it.

Sorry if you're first experience here is kind of bitter. We'd love you're help working on this encyclopedia. There are thousands of articles that need menial maintanance and others which need expansion. If you're interested in any particular kind of work or particular topics, let me know, and I'll help you find them. See you around! NickelShoe 18:34, 23 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello again. BOTS!! has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt the subject might not be notable enough for an article. Please review Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability for the relevant concerns. An example of notability guidelines can be found at Wikipedia:Notability (websites). If you can improve the article to address these concerns, please do so.

If no one objects to the deletion within five days by removing the "prod" notice, the article may be deleted without further discussion. If you remove the prod notice, the deletion process will stop, but if an editor is still not satisfied that the article meets Wikipedia guidelines, it may be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion for consensus.
