Central China Real Estate Limited[edit]

Central China Real Estate Limited (stock code:832)(建业地产股份有限公司) is a Henan-based property developer. It was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 15 November 2007. Its shares were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 6 June 2008. The Group has been granted the First Class Honor of Real Estate Developer in the People’s Republic of China.[1]

The Group mainly focuses on its property development business [2] and has diversified its operations to 2nd,3rd and 4th tiered cities in Henan.[3]

The Founder and Chairman of the Company is Wu Po Sum and the CEO is Chen Jianye.[2]
