July 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Mvqr. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Neo-fascism seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. I understand your objection. I updated this article based on your posted definition of neo-fascism. You removed the update based on fear that you would not be seen as neutral. I would like this matter escalated. I am logging every part of this conversation and will be releasing it on major media outlets unless you can provide an actual argument as to why this organization doesn’t meet the definition of neo-fascism. The organization is currently campaigning to “fight antifa”, even. This is pretty clear cut. Beese84 (talk) 13:57, 3 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Firstly, I think you should take a look at WP:OR. Wikipedia works entirely on the basis of claims being backed up by reliable sources. In this instance, you would need a direct citation that says that the Trump administration is neo-fascist. Without it, you're simply interpreting it to be so which we would consider to be original research. We can't make interpretations here, we need claims to be directly supported by strong sources. Secondly, please do not threaten other editors by saying you will contact media outlets (who, besides, would not be interested in a dispute on Wikipedia). — Czello 12:51, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
