Don't delete valid content without further checking

It's fine if you think Automatic number announcement is unrelated to Automatic number indentification, but don't just simply delete useful and encyclopedic content without first making sure that the material does already exist somewhere else.

There is no automatic number announcement article yet, so if you're dead set on removing it from the ANI article, please move the text there and work on the new article to flesh it out beyond a simple stub.
