I really like the organization of your sandbox, it allows me to clearly read all of your thoughts and edits without getting confused as to what organism or structure you are talking about. I think the idea of adding a few photos of your own rat's teeth is a great idea, and even getting some of the muscle groups would be pretty cool! Since our class is currently on the topic, getting skeletal images of the jaw would be a great bonus, especially through your dissection, but there might not be enough time for that, or it may not be a focus of yours. I also like that you add where specific rats came from, or how they are viewed in specific countries, that would also be an interesting section to add or add too. Overall, I think you have some great ideas and a great start and I'm excited to see how your page will turn out! Mako021 (talk) 00:27, 28 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Peer review[edit]

Hello Ben Chance,

I am Bi and I will contribute to help your first draft better.

Neutrality of content - pretty neutral. Reliable sources - smart of you to embed other Wikipedia link to the potentially-newly revised article. Also, you are planning to take pictures of the rat's teeth in lab too, and that's really necessary to include into the new article. One suggestion though: Can you add in like a "drawing diagram" of the diastema into Wiki, and THEN add the picture of the rat's teeth pics in so the reader can visualize it even better before seeing the real pics? Clear structure:

Is this draft well organized? Can you follow it easily
   - very very well organized. You lead me over the details and the plans you're planning to attack
       What pages will be edited?
    - the teeth section of the Rodent article, then the Muridae, and the brown rat.
Who will do the editing/adding of what topics/ pages?
    - Ben will
Does there seem to be an even distribution of contribution from all team members?
    - seems like it
What sorts of contributions with regard to images are planned?
    - Ben plans to add pics of his rat's diastema, and maybe a drawing like what i suggested in the 2nd question
Do you see where this content might fit from the information provided?
   - they are going to fit very well.
Meaning...can you see what part of an article and what page this will go in?
   - yes

Integration:

Does anything link up with something you or your team is working on? How can you help each other? no
Do they link to other relevant pages in the text of their draft?
