The Superficial

[edit]

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for working to improve the site with your edit to The Superficial, as we really appreciate your participation. However, the edit had to be partially reverted for the following reasons:

First, you added material that is not found in the sources that are cited in the article. These include:

  • Adding the word "comedic" to the sentence describing what the site was known for
  • Adding the word "popular" to the mention of the "Crap we Missed" feature
  • Claiming "The "behind-the-scenes" interplay between Redmond and Ribecca became a staple of the site"

Wikipedia cannot accept material that is not found in the citations cited for it.

Second, you removed the statement that the site was known for emphasizing celebrity photographs, despite the fact that that is indeed found in the citation at the end of that passage. (To be fair, "high quality" is not, so I did not restore that phrase.)

If you ever have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 01:29, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
