Thanks for joining Wikipedia! You've already shown that you're not afraid to jump in and start editing -- you'll be a great Wikipedian.

However, you will need to respect the copyrights of companies and other individuals. Wikipedia cannot accept any previously copyrighted material, unless the owner chooses to license it so that Wikipedia can use it. I've reverted the Eovia article because of the copyright violation. However, you could work on summarizing that information in your own words.--TangentIdea 01:23, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding copyrighted material. You're welcome to add original content, but copying and pasting from a company's press release is not acceptable. Please leave me a message on my talk page if you have questions. --TangentIdea 01:55, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Eovia -- looks good now[edit]

Thanks for taking the time to clean up the Eovia article. Looks good -- I'm going to go through and do spellcheck quick. Don't give up on Wiki -- I did some silly stuff when I was first learning, too. It's commendable that you have the courage to be bold and fill in a niche that's lacking in information. Wikipedia is about collaboration, so don't be discouraged when someone edits your work -- that's how Wikipedia works. --TangentIdea 02:14, 8 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Signing comments[edit]

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! Geoff Riley 10:24, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
