Changes too prose
[edit]Hi Billy. I've noticed you sometimes change some perfectly acceptable words for simpler language. That would be fine for the Simple English Wikipedia but this isn't really necessary for Wikipedia because most readers here understand them already - especially when they are linked to articles. thanks, but with all due respect, there is a line. using a word correctly and in the right place,BUT if most the populace (at least in my town) doesn't use that word, then it should't be used in a project like wiki. i will make note of how you corrected my edit, and will be sure to use that method instead. also, you used "prose" just to make me look it up didn't you? live life crazy, life is too short to be lazy (talk) 03:45, 21 May 2013 (UTC)

This is a one-time-only message to inform you about technical proposals related to Recent Changes Patrol in the 2016 Community Wishlist Survey that I think you may be interested in reviewing and perhaps even voting for:
- Adjust number of entries and days at Last unpatrolled
- Editor-focused central editing dashboard
- "Hide trusted users" checkbox option on watchlists and related/recent changes (RC) pages
- Real-Time Recent Changes App for Android
- Shortcut for patrollers to last changes list
