THE BLACK GHOST
The Black Ghost is the story of psychology professor Jake Stone (Will Warner), who discovers an ancient medallion in the days that followed Hurricane Katrina. Wishing for a way to curb the recent rash of violent crimes perpetrated by opportunistic criminals, Jake is bestowed the awesome powers of the Black Ghost by a powerful spirit known as The Fourth Fate (voiced by Russell Elliot). Jake embarks on a crusade to save the city, and encounters a new threat by an international crimelord named The Baron. The Baron (Carlos Savant) is attempting to use his influence as leader of a secret society calling itself Occulo Cultum Veritas to reproduce a drug once used by Augustus Caesar. His plans are to addict the children of the world as a means of crushing the spirits of the adults and forcing them to bow to his will. Now, Jake Stone spends his days trying to keep his normal life, while spending his nights protect the city of New Orleans as an avenging spirit of justice: THE BLACK GHOST!

- I.C.E. Studios was first established in 1995 by acclaimed comic book artist and writer Will Warner, as an independent comics collective designed to showcase various artists and writers in New Orleans and the surrounding parishes. The I.C.E. Universe or Innerverse is known for cutting-edge super heroes, including THE MYSTERIOUS SHADOW RUNNER, the cybernetic warrior B-STING, the genetically enhanced RAVENHAWK, the latina femme-fatale KID CATACLYSM, the immortal demi-god BROTHER POWER, and 21 BLACK JACK, the government trained street warrior hired by a covert shadow agency known as WATCHDOG1.
- I.C.E. Studios is a non-profit corporation dedicated to fulfilling the following objective of educating youth in a variety of skills that shall include, but not limited to writing, theatre, film, radio, and a variety of art styles as a means of increasing awareness of their own artistic talents. The corporation shall also provide assessments for individuals to determine their needs and areas of interest in the areas of recreational activities. The corporation shall also provide seminars to participating individuals and their parents, with a primary focus on drug prevention and awareness, conflict resolution and anger management.
