Chinguacousy Secondary School

I noticed you changed the "tips to Crimestoppers" to "tips from Crimestoppers" in this article. Crimestoppers is a group where people phone or email in information about crimes, so wouldn't it be tips to, as in tips people phoned in to Crimestoppers?
