Hello BSA, thanks for the oversight...

Your recent edit of water tank is a return to old data and an drive by accusation of vandalism to the original author Vinmax, thats me.

I am revising to clarify the definitions and presentation, so would appreciate a more relaxed view point. Thanks again...vinmax

Hello sock :) Welcome, and have fun. Mak (talk) 19:24, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hm, maybe I was confused. I thought you were a vandalism-reverting sock of a long-time user, but maybe you're new, so I'll give you the welcome template, that has some useful links. Mak (talk) 19:50, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm a long-time user of Wikipedia, but new to editing. I'm sorry for the mistakes I've made so far. I just want to state in my defense that I'm attempting to make positive contributions to wikipedia, if you see any major mistakes I've made please bring them to attention. I'll take note of errors I've made and attempt to keep those mistakes out of future edits. I've just recently started adding my signature/timestamp after noticing it doesn't automatically post them.. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate any constructive criticism. --Bluesquareapple 19:58, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

You've been getting a lot of flack today. Sorry. It probably means you're doing a good job, though, so keep up the good work, and don't let the vandals get you down! Mak (talk) 15:43, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your page is on my watchlist, so I noticed the... interesting edits that were occuring on your userpage. Mak (talk) 16:22, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Oregon Trail. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Take a look at our welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Katr67 16:16, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Accident, sorry. :P Reverted to a page that was another rv for vandalism, which looked legit, but happened to be half blanked. --Bluesquareapple 16:20, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry I called you a vandal in the edit summary, but please be more careful. Though perhaps you were a victim of a particular bug happens sometimes? Katr67 16:22, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It's perfectly fine, you were doing what you are supposed to by placing the warning. Thanks for catching my error. After looking through the history looks like I blanked half the article somehow. Hope you have a wonderful day. Not sure how I managed to mess up like that, but thanks again for finding and correcting my mistake. --Bluesquareapple 16:27, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There used to be a bug that would blank the bottom of pages when saving, especially long articles. I don't know if that got fixed yet. I was trying to find a reference to it that I could show you, but I couldn't. And I'm supposed to be working so I gave up :) Also I notice sometimes when editing with Firefox that my cursor gets overzealous and highlights more text than I want it to. But perhaps it will have to remain a mystery. Happy vandal fighting! Katr67 16:45, 15 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Looking for Help..[edit]

In my efforts to clean up wikipedia vandalism and other issues, I've come across an article on recent changes that I'm not sure belongs. Shamili is the article. I'm not sure if this should be cleaned up with speedy deletion due to being nearly empty and/or containing a non-notable person. Google returns 10,000 pages; but, it seems impossible to know if any of the people mentioned on these pages are actually the target of this article due to lack of information in the article. Should I just leave this article completely alone to allow for expansion of the topic? Thanks for clarifications.. --Bluesquareapple 15:32, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like this has been answered by several people placing different speedy deletion tags on the article, So I removed the helpme tag. --Bluesquareapple 15:36, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
