I have reverted your insertion of a link to your paper on ski poles, because it doesn't directly support material in the text. Please review WP:ELYES to understand WP policy for links and avoid citation spam.

If you feel that your material supports specific parts of the article, you are welcome to cite it as in-line references, using the templates at Wikipedia:Citation templates at the proper point in the text. Another question is whether the material comes from a reliable source. Please review Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. I wasn't able to find an on-line reference that allows one to see the text of the "Journal of the Ski History Congress–2009", which would be the proper place to draw material from as a reliable source, instead of your self-published website.
