I added an external link to the William H. Bates Association website, then read the guidelines for external links!

Two items - one, while the website does require registration, relevant information is accessible to the unregistered user. It seems the nature of the Association (to locate and reconnect former crew-members of the William H. Bates, would justify its inclusion despite the registration requirement. Two, full disclosure, I'm the admin and founder of the William H. Bates Association, so it would be good to have another editor take a look and validate my conclusion.
