Zeila picture[edit]

Yes, I thought the picture of Zeila looks like Rio de Jenerio, but I think if it was Rio then it would have tourists and shops all around, still Abdullah Geelah 21:38, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I live in Rio and had already noticed the strange coincidence. I was unable to find a photograph with the same angle (which is quite unusual, because it is taken from a rocky cliff at the base of the Morro do Outeiro). But similar photographs taken from the nearby beach, the "Praia do Forte Rio Branco" can be found at http://www.sangueverdeoliva.com.br/Old/Conversando-61-Parte-I.html . Notice also that the Saaylac photograph has been intentionaly retouched to remove the statue of "Christ the redemeer" on top of the Corcovado mountain. Hopefully, I will get to that exact point to make a new photo in a near future. Raul.
