Make sure to put your references in an acceptable format - APA, MLA, ACS, whatever you want but it must be in some form of accepted format.

"DGDCR8 mRNA contains ~~conserved~~ two 2 conserved Harpins." -- Be careful of wayward capitals - things like 'hairpin' do not have to be capitalized. Also make sure you're proofreading and not repeating words etc. Numbers under ten should be written out (nine vs. 9); over ten should be written numerically (959 vs. nine-hundred and fifty-nine).
"Both Harpins resemble folds in pri-mRNA which..." -- do you mean pri-miRNA?
