 A Google Search on the term National Socialism will provide a link to the Wikipedia page on Naziism. The first Wikipedia paragraph contains the following: "Nazism, or National Socialism in full (German: Nationalsozialismus), is the ideology and practice associated with the 20th-century German Nazi Party and state as   well  as   other  related   far-right   groups".

         In the most narrow and highly technical sense this statement can stand as somewhat or partially accurate. Unfortunately, the statement is seriously flawed and misleading.  National Socialism and Nazism are not factually and historically related to "right' or conservative views or groups". This false "right or conservative" characterization entered the public discourse some years ago. However, factually and historically national socialism and Naziism shares virtually no attributes with conservative or far right groups. For instance, Nazi and national socialist philosophy does not recognize property rights in any conservative, Lockean or classical liberal sense. Another example is that the positive " Christianity" of the Nazis does not share any common attributes Christianity. Nor does nationalism or Naziism contain any elements of limited or restricted government. Nor does national socialism or Naziism allow for redress of grievances of citizens. Yet another example is that national socialism and Nazism had but a single direct political competitor: Stalinist Communism. Hopefully, someone will expand the content of this page to render it more accurate rather than leaving it so sorely misleading and insufficient as to be wrong.
