I disagree with this complaint. I think you would find this paper interesting. Studying the premature graying of hair, they found a two-fold difference in the level of vitamin B12 in those with and without it. I would say that is not a diagnosis because we all need B12 and we all get gray hair, so this is simply a general observation about nutrition, aging and vitamin B12 deficiency, which is common and can be exacerbated by vegetarian lifestyles as described in that article.
