  • Forwarding material to somebody's legal department is a threat of legal action or otherwise intended to have a chilling effect on discussion. Thus, it is treated as a legal threat. —C.Fred (talk) 18:59, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

That's not a legal threat as defined by the courts, or any sensible person. You applying intent because of your feelings is also not a legal threat, or a valid reason. You're a moderator moderating with feelings, that is not ok. CSTLewis (talk) 19:02, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

We're going by the Wikipedia definition, not the courts definition, and this message is a clear indication that you will target external legal process against that user. —C.Fred (talk) 19:04, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Second this. No legal threats, as defined and agreed on by the English Wikipedia community at Wikipedia:No legal threats, full stop. Ed talk! 19:08, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

And you now. This is all screen shot as my argument for damages. That is a formal legal action threat.

But hey, go on and leave the clear and reported libel up for all to read and continue screen capturing and reporting. Dumbass. CSTLewis (talk) 19:08, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Right, an actual legal threat. I'm going to sue for records to start. An open source site locks editing to certain pages and only allows privilege to certain users who are allowed to publish slander. When questioned about this and informed that this has been reported to the injured party claimant was retaliated against.

Let's also talk about the clear plagiarism of this wiki as well....... CSTLewis (talk) 19:19, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Just got off with Project Veritas, everything is forwarded, this included. I am now reporting to the few that I can tell news organizations this page was plagiarized from. You gotta quote the entire page and give credit to amend this because it is direct copy and paste. CSTLewis (talk) 19:27, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed talk page access now as well. We are done here. RickinBaltimore (talk) 19:40, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
