I would replace “indeed” in this sentence “Indeed, as of 2019, approximately 87% of Taiwan’s citizens over 12 years old had connectivity to the internet” with “In fact, …” just to make it slightly more coherent. In this sentence, “Taiwan's open-mindedness towards technology has allowed its growing civic technology sector to flourish, with new innovations being made that foster even more political participation,” I would replace “open-mindedness” with "policy" to make it neutral, because I think open-mindedness can be misinterpreted as being biased. In the “Citizen-led initiatives” section, there’s one instance where the g in “g0v” is capitalized, so I would make it consistent with the rest of the paragraph. Overall, well done in including relevant information, especially highlighting both citizen-led and country-led initiatives to show the expansion of civic tech as a field. Nice job!
