@Pmishra3 I'm assuming you're referring to Draft:Pranysqa Mishra? No, it has not been accepted. If it has, you'd see a green box on the bottom of your talk page. İ want to ask you 2 questions First:Can i write Wiki pages in different languages? For example İm from turkey,but i choose to write at eng Wiki first İts gonna be a problem to write at turkish Viki with same account or do i need a other account? @Stuka535 well, you can, but not here. This is the English Wikipedia, so all articles must be in English. However, the Wikimedia Foundation also runs other wikis, including one in Turkish. To edit there, just log in with the same password and account you use here. I don't speak Turkish, so you'll have to get help from someone there, but they likely have similar guidelines for new articles there, including notability and verificability.
