Example. A possible Pakistani Military contingent to Saudi Arabia to invade Yemen.

Also describes the operating model of a country such as its Beauracracy, Politicians, Parliamentary institutions, Military and Law enforcement institutions, Judiciary, Media, Clergy, Business community, Academia, Sports etc . Basically, everything and everybody up for sale to whoever can pay. Flourished in Pakistan under Asif Zardari and its current PM Nawaz Sharif.
