Kaplansky reference

Regarding this: The reference could be Kaplansky, Irving. Topics in commutative ring theory. Dept. of Mathematics, University of Chicago, 1974. I do not have access to the relevant page so I cannot verify. That would perhaps explain the page reference. However, it doesn't explain the publisher being completely different.
