OTRS ticket pending[edit]

I have received information that the OTRS has a problem: I have been told that the email address domain is invalid and that an OTRS agent sent a follow-up email on December 22nd and no reply has yet come back. Okay, I have just sent this individual an email through OTRS at what appeared to be a working email address just a few days ago. Have generated a new ticket number as a result: VRTS ticket # 2015122710005135.
