Request reason:

I've been blocked for the following reason = "You are currently unable to edit pages on Wikipedia. You can still read pages, but cannot edit, change, or create them. Editing from Chocolate dessert (your account, IP address, or IP address range) has been disabled by Thatcher for the following reason(s): abusing multiple accounts, vandal, user:Mr nibble. This block has been set to expire: indefinite." I've not vandalized wikipedia I've only asked a few questions. My IP address maps to 82.198.250.14 which is "registered to London Grid for Learning (UK secondary schools) and may be shared by multiple users of an educational institution. In the case of institutions using proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers." I'm logged into wikipedia but the IP is blocked and so am I. What can I do about this? I can't make another account as that is blocked too. Please help. It says on that page "If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself." I have an account but I still can not edit. Thank you

Decline reason:

Per this reply to my query from Thatcher, this sockpuppetry allegation is based on a checkuser match. I will not and do not dispute that. — Daniel Case (talk) 14:39, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I have contacted the blocking admin. The reasoning for this is not immediately apparent. Daniel Case (talk) 14:21, 18 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
