You appear to have a very clear vision of the final pages structure, which shows you have done your research and have a good understanding of your sources. I am confident that you will fill up your sections well. I added some formatting to the words in your lead, as you did not bold your language and had no links to anything being mentioned that people may want more information on. I understand your lead was very rough and you were probably going to get around to it at some point. I'd say get your bibliography classified into actual references so you can cite them easily inside the article instead of having to go back in later and make sure you didn't miss any when changing it all.
