User talk:Chunghwa Pride
Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that you've edited many Taiwan-related articles. Since you are a new user, I want you to know that please discuss in the talk page before making edits in the future. Thanks.--Jerrypp772000 18:18, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
I am not a Sockpuppet of Nationalist
[edit]Hello all, I am not a sock puppet of Nationalist like everyone suspects. I welcome anyone to perform a check user, in order to prove my innocence ASAP -Chunghwa Pride 00:40, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Um, okay... why did you raise this assertion when nobody has asked you about it then? Vic226 00:51, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Do you think I cannot read others' comments? Stop trying to frame people. I am sick and tired of idiots who cannot accept the existence of the Republic of China. Well guess what, tough luck, the Republic of China is in existence and no one here on Wikipedia can do anything to stop it from existing. I will die before I let you guys destroy and put your junk on Wikipedia. -Chunghwa Pride 00:53, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Alright, you read my comment on Jerry's talk page. Well, so what? If you are not one why are you so nervous about it that you have to make assertion of not being one? If you welcome us to perform CheckUser on you, why are you telling us to stop framing you when you allow us to be suspicious of it? By the way, it has long been like this in Wikipedia and there are few arguments about this until Nationalist came along. You sound like you are ready to do the same thing as that of Nationalist—edit, protect your edits from others reverting, refuse to accept third-party inputs, repeat—which , instead of being beneficial, it could be extremely harmful to Wikipedia as a whole since it's what we call disruptive editing. Instead of stating facts from one opinion, we are trying to reach our goal of neutral point-of-view in Wikipedia articles. You could place your opinion to discuss with the rest of us, and we will try to work out a consensus that satisfies all parties. Remember, disrupting editing is not the way to solve the problem, as it has been a long edit war on this subject before you come along. Vic226 01:09, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Stop the harassment of Vic226 please. If you have differing views with someone, discuss it on the talk page first. {Slash-|-Talk} 01:19, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Oh, and how do you know CU exists? Your contribs are quite small. Meanwhile, as you offered, we'll push through a CU. {Slash-|-Talk} 01:20, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
Chunghwa Pride: I have a question for you. Are you willing to take a break from editing Taiwan-related articles and reach a consensus between all of us through a simple discussion? Vic226 03:07, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Please assume good faith
[edit]Regarding this edit, Please assume good faith when dealing with other editors. See Wikipedia:Assume good faith for the guidelines on this. Vic226 03:03, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- Also, the numbers are part of the results from using the "undo" link in the diff page. It's not the bot thing. Vic226 03:05, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Nationalist confirms that Chunghwa Pride (talk · contribs) is user Nationalist (talk · contribs). This account is a sockpuppet account being used to avoid a 1 month block. Since Nationalist and various sockpuppets have been blocked more than 5 times, I suggest an IP ban because evasion has now become a problem - the IP address of this user if editing from a static IP address should also be blocked for the duration of the ban (in this case 1 month). Also it should be noted that lieing (see above "I am not a sock puppet of Nationalist like everyone suspects. I welcome anyone to perform a check user, in order to prove my innocence ASAP") is considered a serious example of incivil behaviour (as per WP:CIVIL). Yankees76 04:06, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Final warning
[edit]Please stop abusing the sokcpuppeteering disruption to Wikipedia immediately. I urge you to cease your edit war against other Wikipedians and cooperate with us to negotiate for a consensus for the issue(s) of which you are strongly concerned. This will be your last warning before we resort to our last choice, which will bring the case directly to Arbitration Committee. Thanks. Vic226 02:49, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
