Hi Ciaranmch, regarding your attempt to include Tom McHugh as one of the notable people of Dunmore: As there exists no article for Tom McHugh yet, an insertion would require a proof of his notability per WP:POLITICIAN and secondly some reference that documents that McHugh was indeed born in Dunmore or in some significant way related to it. As far as I can see, Tom McHugh was mayor of County Galway for 2009/2010, is still councillor of County Galway, and run fifth for Galway East in the 2011 election, not obtaining a seat. This appears to be a border case and as Tom McHugh is mainly covered in the press for being pursued in 2010 for 300,000 Euro in unpaid development levies by the Galway County Council it appears best in the interest of WP:BLP not to proactively create an article for him.
