The company European Flavours & Fragrances PLC was founded by Clive Kersey in 1981, various members of the Kersey family became involved in the fragrance industry since inception in the late twentieth century .

Clive Kersey, a senior account executive with International Flavours & Fragrances started European Flavours & Fragrances (EFF).The company is now one of the largest privately owned FRAGRANCE and FLAVOUR companies in the United Kingdom and has operations in 10 worldwide locations .The audited accounts year ended March 2010 show sales of US 12,960,000.

EFF PLC is owned by Clive Kersey and managed by the Kersey family and other directors Mr Mark Clift and Mr Roy Chatt.
