Your account has been blocked indefinitely because its username is a blatant violation of our username policy – it is obviously profane; threatens, attacks or impersonates another person; or suggests that your intention is not to contribute to the encyclopedia (see our blocking and username policies for more information).

We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia, but users are not allowed to edit with inappropriate usernames, and trolling or other disruptive behavior is not tolerated. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

Request reason:

I actually fail to see how this name is offensive. It wasn't my first choice of username but every single other one I attempted was gone. I chose this as it sounded amusing and was a play on the words of Chemical Brothers song "Block Rocking Beats". If you can show me somebody who is aware of the expression cockblocking and is offended by it, rather than just assuming that anyrhing with the word cock in is offensive, then I will gladly find a new name, but if this is just some crazy preemptive thing to appease the Daily Mail readers of this world then I am quite saddened at this very puritanical stance by Wikipedia

Decline reason:

No. Assuming that you are planning to participate actively in creating the encyclopedia, you need a name that can be read on the evening news when you get involved in undoing some bit of high-profile vandalism. Can you imagine Diane Sawyer saying, "The Wikipedia article said that Mr. Obama was dead for nearly 20 minutes before being corrected by... er...
