Hi, thanks for the comment on my talk page! Wikipedia has a very high standard required of submitted company articles because of the astronomical volume of submissions the project receives from people affiliated with companies who would like their own Wikipedia article. The article must reference significant coverage of the subject in reliable sources that are independent of the subject - and this is interpreted very strictly. If I look at the sources, you've got a press-releasey story from Baltimore local news, a quote from a company spokesperson in a broader article, a Department of Energy link that doesn't mention the company, and a routine story about a contract. All of these explicitly don't count towards notability under Wikipedia company guidelines. There are many companies out there, and the vast majority of them won't meet Wikipedia's notability standards - but if it's going to, it needs to reference significant, high-quality coverage of the company.
