Proposed deletion of Foreshadowing of Serial Killers
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Foreshadowing of Serial Killers, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- non-sourced essay; violates WP:NOT Wikipedia is not a publisher of original thought
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. mhking (talk) 02:36, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
Multiple accounts?
[edit]I can't help but notice that you are a brand new user and that the wording of the edit comment(s) and changes you made to Serial killer are very similar to those used by other accounts with very few edits to Wikipedia that have edited that particular article in the last day or so. Please be aware of the WP:SOCKPUPPET rules, and if you have been using more than one account, please consider stopping the use of all but one of them. If instead you are working with a bunch of friends, please be aware that this can also be a problem.
Also, please be aware per our WP:BRD standards, while we do encourage being bold, if the material is reverted (as it has been), we would suggest you discuss major changes on the talk page before making them to make sure you have consensus to make them. Because of WP:CONSENSUS rules it is vitally important that you only use one account so as to not give other editors the idea that a lot of independent people agree with each other.
