I'm slightly confused--was the only edit you did making the sections headings? I can't tell a difference other than that between the current article and the one on your talk page. Either way, it's a pretty good article, though it feels a little biased. For example, the sentence: "López Martínez was recognized worldwide as a leading figure in the study of the evolution of Cenozoic lagomorphs, as well as the Cretaceous–Paleogene extinction event in the area of the Pyrenees." seems too much like a value judgement if no citation or tangible evidence is provided. Actually, the whole page insists on her importance to paleontology, yet there is no mention of any of her contributions, awards, or specific involvement in labs/findings. In this way, the lead section (which at this point is the entire article) fails because it does not communicate to the reader specifically what Lopez Martinez did, besides just being a paleontologist who is apparently very important for "modernizing paleontology, whatever that means. Adding one or two specific examples with citations would significantly improve this article. Also increasing Wikipedia cross links would be a useful and simple addition.

Note: This page is intended to be a way to complete the stub of Nieves López Martínez in Wikipedia. The lead is a contribution by other editors, the purpose of the current edit is to both format the article, as well as expand on biographical and academic information. Given the importance of the Somosaguas paleontological Project, and site, to this scientist, it is also planned to create/developthose Wikipedia pages.
Peer Review by jmalysa
[edit]Judging from the content of the other peer review here (for the midterm) and the current content of your sandbox, I'm not sure if I am seeing the correct sandbox for your final project. I can't see any substantial difference between the wiki page and your current sandbox draft. Can you please explain/point me in the correct direction? Jmalysa (talk) 00:06, 18 March 2020 (UTC)
Echoing the above comment, did you edit the wikipedia page itself? Ellamarrero (talk) 04:09, 18 March 2020 (UTC)
