Request reason:

After reading the guidelines and introduction pages in full I have honestly no idea why I have been blocked. My IP should be unique, therefore it's unlikely to be collateral.

Decline reason:

Is it possible for an admin WITH checkuser to unblock me then? I apologise for not knowing what checkuser is.
