First, please read WP:COI, since you will have a declared conflict of interest. Best practices recommend that you not directly edit the article except for corrections or updates to simple matters of fact, using the talkpage to propose substantial changes for consideration by other editors. Please remember that the Wikipedia encyclopedia article isn't social media or an alternate webhost for material better presented on DNREC's website. This is a soft block, meaning that you're free to create a new account under your preferred username at any time, provided you abide by WP:PAID and the COI policy.
